Ring in the New Year in Style and survive the next day
with Pür Class Vodka!

As you know, it is the way our vodka is distilled which will prevent you from the hangovers -
but we can not guarantee that when it is mixed with other alcohols!  Please enjoy, but always drink in moderation!

                New Year Class

This luxurious recipe is one of the easiest ways to dress up a glass of Champagne.

It cannot get any easier than a shot of smooth Pür Class topped with a phenomenal Champagne and a lone raspberry.       Pour vodka into a Champagne Flute
Fill with Champagne  Drop a single raspberry in the glass as a garnish

                    White Russian
Ingredients: vodka, coffee liqueur, cream or milk

A white Russian is a sweet cocktail classically made with vodka, coffee liqueur and cream served with ice in an Old Fashion glass.  In today's times, many substitute milk for cream

Pour 2/3 oz (2 parts) coffee liqueur & 1 2/3 oz (5 parts) Vodka into an old fashion glass filled with ice.  Flat fresh cream or milk on top and stir slowly

Midnight Martini

The Midnight Martini is a perfect fit for New Year's Eve. The coffee profile gives it the look of midnight and you will be up well past midnight

Cinnamon syrup as an optional ingredient to the original recipe for two reasons: I felt that it needed a little something extra and cinnamon is a great    compliment to coffee. The cinnamon syrup is very easy to make yourself and I've found that it is a great addition to regularly stock in both the bar and kitchen because it is one of those ingredients that can be used to enhance many different recipes, even if that is just your morning cup of coffee. If you prefer, use another flavored syrup to customize the martini to your own taste.

Midnight Martinis are also often served as a shooter, just shake & strain into a shot glass and go for it.

1 1/2 ounces vodka or coffee vodka
1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup (optional)
Lemon twist for garnish

INGREDIENTS for Cinnamon Syrup

1 cinnamon stick
1 cup  sugar
1 cup water
